Let's be real overwhelming majority of men are not willing to sacrifice their comfort to reach their desired state of aesthetics. Your average man is skelly, flabby and generally soft. One thing i noticed in my gym is that many don't take training seriously and are either way too skinny or way too high in body fat, this is where you can step in and take advantage of it because normies and women worship the lean look no matter if it isn't really impressive, you just have to have defined muscles (abs doubles the halo) and low body fat which correlates to them that your training is in a normie acceptable range and they will think that you got that body by jogging and doing dynamic stretching, if you have higher body fat then they would instantly think that you are just another grunting meathead while projecting that you are somehow compensating for something so they could feel more worthy of their mediocrity.
Normies are absolutely uneducated when it comes to fitness and nutrition which places their desired body standards low without even realizing it and they would most of times think that someone with ottermode body is epitome of fitness and stronger than a powerlifter one because the muscles of first are visible. Even when i was bluepilled i thought some people looked like Greek gods because they had defined pecs and biceps despite their physiques not being that impressive or hardly attainable.
Furthermore you can command respect because many normies are insecure about their bodies and will be intimidated, so you can get away with a lot of societal things and behaviors they wouldn't approve if you were just like them, they will always think double before saying something to you and you can also get away with a lot of stupid shit you say with them believing it because at the end of the day you are the one with abs and that gives you a halo of being some fitness guru or martial arts specialist.
Now i know you will say cope while posting that picture of gymcel and skinny chad and i know... But this post wasn't meant to be some revolutionary shit that will make you into a chad but i believe that it can definitely put you as the top among the normies if your looks are normie tier. It can give you a halo, massive respect factor and i believe that it can lend you a looksmatched gf.
