If your lower third and maxilla are forward grown does it make your upper maxilla look recessed?

Legit question, some people with the best upper maxilla and undereye support don’t have fully forward grown jaws, in my case my jaw is prognathic my jaw is forward grown but my zygos are recessed is that why I have bad undereye.

Maybe the aveolar ridge is what's making you think your upper jaw is forward grown but it's an illusion.
