i see a lot of people here that are saying that they train like maniacs while on AAS, when your running AAS even if you dont train your body will build crazy amount of muscles.
take me as an example - i train 2 days a week even 1 day sometimes, and my physique is great. now im not saying you HAVE to train 2 days, but training like a maniac while on roids is a waste of time (unless your goal is open bb).
might be water for some of you but still wanted to make it clear.
