Abs are just like any other muscle, you have to build them up, and this needs to be done with weight.

Once you build them up they will be more visible at a higher body fat which is a huge benefit.

Just don’t use weight with oblique exercises, do that BW only.

Which one mogs I only do ab wheel
 
do leg raises after every training 3 x maximum

The kneeling version of the ab wheel is good to do until you can do over 20 reps then you should try to get the standing one which is way harder.

Why is training obliques bad when bulking? And what do you mean by BW only?
I use an ab machine at the gym that does both the abdominals and obliques.
And also an ab crunch machine at the gym that does abs only.

I wouldn’t add weight to oblique exercises since it could potentially bulk your obliques too much giving you a wider waist.

Bodyweight = BW
 
need to start training abs tbh, i think a lot of guys in the aesthetics group are scared of training abs cause we think it will widen the waist. but in reality we really wont gain enough muscle to make the waist noticeably bigger
