If you're not NT after 15-16 it's extremely likely completely over.

I see a lot of greycels think that looks are more brutal because "NT is changeable". Sure, looks may be a bit more important attractiveness wise but it doesn't matter much if you're retarded socially in the grand scheme of things- 50% isn't much more than like, 45%.

The scientific truth is your neuroplasticity (the ability of your brain to adapt to new inputs and rewire itself) slows down a ton after the ages of 13 (meaning your early childhood, an age range you're extremely likely to be ostracized in matters the most) and almost completely stops after the ages of 15-20. That isn't to say your brain is unchangeable, but it almost entirely is without the following:

-YEARS of brutal social conditioning, embarassing yourself in front of others to lower your inhibition and get used to saying what YOU want to say, not what others want to hear

-years of failure to act NT, and similar to the first, embarrassing yourself because of it

-finding friends or people to socialize with in the first place (out of reach for a majority of ND people)
---
So, unless you put yourself through years of mental pain (which is nearly impossible to talk yourself into if you're ND anyway) "NTmaxxing" is a cope. There's no surgery like looks. You don't become neurotypical by looking up how to be social, repeating robotic lines, it's natural for those who are nt (water). If you're younger than like 18, start now. Say something that your mind wants you to hold back, say stupid shit, get in trouble, socialize more often. But for most of us it really is out of reach.
