Most natural T enhancers is pretty cope tbh unless you're T is genuinely fucked

But I do notice some effects on mood from ksm-66

The muscle gains might as well be from better sleep and less cortisol
But KSM-66 can impact rem sleep negatively so I would suggest using it in the morning
