Sunlight by itself isn’t bad (in fact it can be quite healthy), but excessive exposure to the sun WILL wrinkle your skin, make hyperpigmentation worse and age you faster

If you already have skin problems, I would recommend limiting sun exposure

This isn’t even up for debate. Literally everyone knows this. Just look at anyone who regularly tans themselves
