Meanwhile I am trying to get my fluoride as low as possible because I know that is optimal for health. Fluoride is more toxic than lead and is in many of our foods because it’s a pollutant that unfortunately is contaminating many otherwise healthy foods. They put this in put water too as of the toxic food isn’t bad enough and have a “recommended fluoride intake” as if it’s some important nutrient and now they have a fluoride SUPPLEMENT?
