... drop the dairy
No seriously. Dairy face is 100% real (for some people).
If you notice you look tired( dark circles, eyebags bordering on wrinkles??), sickly (cheeks are hollow but not in the good way) then read on.
Let me explain, I went back and forth between disbelief that it exists and pure conviction but these past few days have served as unrelenting confirmation that this (dairy face) is unfortunately very real.
I have been consuming dairy in more amounts than usual for the past four days and I have all the facial signs of a milk allergy (among which are itchy skin rash and swelling of EYES, face lips and throat) and it has completely changed my face.
If I didn’t already have a glaring suspicion that I have a milk allergy I would be freaking out right now. So, I thought I would drop this as a tip for girls who do everything right (drink water, good makeup, generally good face) but all of a sudden find themselves less than pleasing in the mirror.
Seriously these eye bags and swollen facial features are not cute so knowing that dropping the cream cheese and mozzarella will get rid of them is the only saving grace for my sanity lol.
