Igf 1 as a bmp?

Since igf 1 is used in orthopedics and animal treatment for bonefractures and such to help with bonemass and speed up healing and just create oteoblasts locally

Why couldnt i just shoot some igf at my gonion and get a better jaw?

And im talking about igf des since it seems like that would be most effective theoretically
