Yeah one offer from AMD too In santa clara. The main problem with silicon valley is the insane cost of living. The entire Bay Area from San Jose to Fremont to Pleasanton is insanely priced because it's all part of the same tech corridor. Salaries look very good on paper but they'll vanish by the end of the month of you are not frugal. While locally if you take cost of living into account I can have similarish lifestyle with a lower salary
