ate some blue sours patch kids and took a nap and rn my throat feels really odd like acid reflux they put so much citric acid in candy it’s insane doesn’t even taste good anymore

Always drink alot of water or brush you teeth, going to sleep either all that sugar in your mouth never leads to a good feeling when you wake up
