illness concerns (serious)

ive been ill for the past like 2 weeks, and for the past 2/3 days or so ive been having reoccurring headaches behind my left eye and eyebrow area.

i woke up at 5AM in the middle of the night and threw up on the floor

this morning i woke up in a pool of sweat and my eyes look like this.

some peple say it may be signs of a stroke/ nerve damage, however i feel completely fine right now.like im not even ill. but the headache may return at some random point.

any ideas?

if you are young it's very unlikely to be a stroke symptom or nerve damage. sounds like sinus infection or dehydration / electrolyte drop from illness to me.

It’s most likely from being sick or stressed, but if the symptoms keep coming up, like the headaches coming back out of nowhere, or you notice anything worse (numbness, vision problems), don’t risk it, and get checked.
