If a 13 year old has clear recession or extreme underdevelopment then hgh can even be medically prescribed, if OP is at the borderline between prescriptions for hgh and not getting prescriptions, then it'll be harder for him to get it prescribed.

You have no understanding about how hormones work, while your body & bones are malleable then it will obviously be better to take it at 13 than later on
