dont ask for ratings early/pre puberty. it will just stress you out which is in of itself bad for your looks. get good nutrients. eat good filling food so you can grow. start worrying about height at 15. be ready to drop money on injectables if you're short(peptides and such)

you can only grow if plates are open, and trust me. they are open. they usually close around 16-21 but rarely close before 15-16. depending on your height at 15 thats when u worry a bit

but if you are like 5'6 like most 13 years old then you are fucked if the palates are closed already

Lmao. I just acknowledge reality. Height’s mostly genetic. My mother was 5’10 and my father was 6’8. Get a lot of rest, eat well and exercise to maximize growth, but if you’re 5’7 at 13 you should be fine. Height’s just a bonus past 5’9.

Your mom was average and your dad was tall. You’ll probably be tall. 75+64=139+5=144/2=72. 72 inches. You’ll probably be about 6 foot. That’s a good height.
