6 months altogether, then take a 1-2 month break then hop on another cycle including an AI. I would still reccomend igf1 lr3 in the 2 cycle. idk why it’s not talked about enough, it’s op

yea i have 3 recommendations

1. get xrays to know ur plates are open as they could very well be closed and this is a waste of money

2. realize these wont do shit and synthetic hgh is the only solution (if you cant afford it its over that why being poor sucks)

With open plates it’s possible to get 4 inches in 8 months it’s about 2-4 inches normally. To get in the higher end you would have to completely optimise. I’m also gonna do a 6 month cycle in 5-6 weeks and I’m 15.2. Dm me if u wanna talk
