Yes this is too much you will go bald, put a dildo in your ass to regulate your High T. High T is only a good thing in 20s.

This can mean alot of things, you can have low androgen receptors or androgen insensitivity. First of all, confirm you have high testosterone most of the time and not just right before you got your blood drawn because levels change within minutes. Skim through these videos:
In any case, your best bet is to work out. Do High volume, high reps, and high frequency (15-20 reps and exercises frequently). Make sure you take care of your recovery, too. Look up Nucleus overload by the same YouTuber.

Edit: and DEF eat nutritious food and Sleep long, 8-10 hours. Otherwise it doesn't matter how much you workout bc you are not gonna produce any testoserone

this is the stupidest thing i have ever heard. Working out raises testosterone immediately and in the long term unless your diet and sleep is shit. Muscles especially shoulders, traps and neck have a lot of androgen receptors and when you work out you add more. And Test does not get "wasted" on muscles instead of bones. And muscles are def not useless.
