this is the stupidest thing i have ever heard. Working out raises testosterone immediately and in the long term unless your diet and sleep is shit. Muscles especially shoulders, traps and neck have a lot of androgen receptors and when you work out you add more. And Test does not get "wasted" on muscles instead of bones. And muscles are def not useless.nah working out nukes ur test and instead of using ur hormones for bones which actually matter u use them for useless muscle mass
