Im 15 and want to start working out but have social anxiety should I do at home work outs or fuck it and go to a gym.

Im 15, 154-157 pounds, and 5'10 and guessing around 20-25% bf most likely 23. I genuinely hate going out and would 100 percent rather do at home workouts but idk if it's worth it or if I should get out of my comfort zone and go to a gym. Also if anyone knows what should I supplement for fast results since I want a decent physique for the summer.(Only otc my parents are extremly strict)

i was the same i used to go home sometimes on the way there at the start but just go and do your own thing man.

I advise you to take reta if your parents allow it jfl

Do you think my doctor could prescribe me something for it like pre gab or sum shi?

bro just genuinely force yourself i know its hard but you cant have a shitty physique just because you cant go gym, at the very least get home gym equipment

yeah maybe test and hgh if you want a good physique for summer, if you dont so these then train for hmmm 2 years minimum
