how did you get lean brocel?i lifted before this whole corona shit made me even more bloated and that did help me lose some fat but not as much as i wanted,i was eating very bad tho while lifting so that may have been the reason.what do you usually eat while trying leanmaxxing?and also do you lift on the side or just cardio + diet?im lean bulking, gonna fast soon tho

and yea i do a lil bit of cardio, not to burn calories but to make sure my T is high and for heart health
i eat eggs, meat all that, and anything else that fits my macros that isn't too processed/ filled with estrogen

yea but it might impact ur hormones, too much sugar, vegetable oil, all that's bad for u
