I'm 16, and I want to ascend ( I know I have some potential but i don't how ? )

Hello everyone! I'm new to the forum, I'm 16 years old, I'm 1.84m tall and I weighed 88,4 kg at my last weigh-in.I play basketball in a club (3 training sessions + 1 match/week), plus 2 hours of sports at school, so about 8 hours of sports per week, not counting my walking. I go to the gym but i don't have a really good program

I also really like rugby and football (soccer for Americans). I know about the basic looksmaxxing stuff like thumpulling, ice on the face, chin tucking, and sleeping on my back, but it doesn't seem to work. Here are some photos of me.

Additionally, I have orthotic insoles because I have a rapid growth and one leg is longer than the other. I also wear glasses and had braces, but I'm going to get them again. I'm here to seek advice on improving my physical appearance.

Wow bro maybe try oscar patel psl mog method next. Thumbpulling, ice on the face, chin tucking, and sleeping on back is very serious shit.

yes i recomend using a hammer and starting slow but you should be getting good sleep when you do this and eating helthy to maximize results
 
i'm in a calorie deficit, and apart the oscar patel method, chin tuck until muscle failure is good for me ?

I sleep 7 - 8 hours and i don't have eat good in the last month but i restarted eating good
