great reply, thankswithout oral drugs its very hard to be lean all year around. you need decent above average genetics and a hell of a willpower to consistently stay <12% bodyfat.
to be frank, most fat burners are not a healthmin as long as you know what you are doing but if you are still adamant on doing this without drugs then heres what you do.
caffeine, nicotine and protein with a large calorie deficit and a lot of supplements since you will most likely min on nutrients.
get a protein powder, any brand any flavor, whatever suits you. mix it with coffee. this alongside of some water and pills will be your breakfast. spam coffee (with water) throughout the day.
in between invest in nicotine gum. I personally like nicorettes 4mg mint flavored ones. far more efficient than smoking with zero health drawbacks.
caffeine + nicotine should curb your appetite, it will not completely halt it but it will make it more manageable
have low calorie but protein dense meals. eggs, turkey, chicken, fish etc. fruits and greens are fine too. low cal carbs are ok too. (quinoa)
your T levels will drop a bit but assuming you keep nutrients and sleep in check you should not lose much of it.
hit your daily maintenance protein intake via powder so you do not lose much muscle.
you will have no energy tho, no boners no libido nothing. thats just a part of extreme leanmaxxing.
yeah and the worst thing is u dont lose much, and u very easily gain back the fat u lost, its like gaining back everything in almost 3 days+ starving will make your cortisol go through the roof.
you will min your T levels and have zero energy.
even if you somehow push through it physically, its mentally hell too.
