There's almost no ideal ratios or features in my before face
I even had a .5 esr with a 1.5 fwhr undistorted. The actual list of failos is astronomical

Use a q-tip to apply minoxidil 5% to your eyebrows twice a day. Make sure it doesn’t drip into your eyes. Do this for 3 months and you will look a lot better

outside of the huge nose u didnt have any prominent death tier failo.
if u debloated back then ur jaw would also look better and ur face wouldnt be irregular/ out of place
