You're an idiot.

Right now here is your roadmap.

1. Get a wrist xray at a local radiology clinic ($40-70) and analyze your bone age to determine growth potential.
2. If plates are open, order HGH. The foundation of a growth protocol is the gh/igf-1 axis. If your plates are closed or closing, start getting good karma so you can reincarnate as chad.
3. Get bloodwork, basic male hormone panel and a Comprehensive Metabolic Panel.
4. Examine test and e2 levels, determine if you are a high aromatizer.
5. Start with 300mg of testosterone and 6.25mgs of Aromasin EOD, alongside 6iu of HGH (we will up it to 8-12iu as a sweet spot).
6. 6 weeks in, get a sensitive e2 panel, our target range is about 15 so adjust dosages accordingly.
7. If still worried about plates closing, tamoxifen is a good SERM for localized estrogen blocking.
8. Dont nuke e2 you will fuck up ur brain.
