I was only highlighting what alar retraction surgery is. Her bridge is wide and should’ve been narrowed aswell. Then her results would’ve been mogger.

Exactly. A refined tip but also a sharp alar crease and also thin nasal skin. Fortunately rhino with composite grafts for the nostrils and a septal graft for the tip can make even the most bulbous ethnic noses refined and sharp.

What are your concerns with your nose? Rhinoplasty is one surgery where you need to be able to pinpoint exactly what’s wrong with your nose.

I’ll give you my example. If I hadn’t researched what was wrong with my nose, a surgeon could technically remove excess nostril show via a alar base reduction which would give me a pinched Michael Jackson nose. But I can shut down any surgeon wanting to go that route saving myself from a botch

Well I wanted to work backwards so I shaved myself bald, took a candid photo of myself and wanted to look good bald.

I told myself I’d allow myself to grow hair only if I looked atleast chadlite bald.

After I shaved my head things became suicidal tier. I had zero cheekbone projection. So I got mse and turned atleast 12mms. I got huge cheekbones but also puffy cheeks. So I got Invisalign and got my cheek hollowness back. Than I fixed my eyebrows by experimenting with trimming the edges. Surprisingly they made a huge difference in how my eyes looked. Then I got otoplasty which had a huge difference in my look since the ears were out of the way. Then I did 10 weeks of hydroquinone and removed any sun tan I had gotten since age 10 and got my pale skin back.

The last thing left is a rhino. After that I just need to get buff and do skincare. After 4 years my looksmaxxing journey finally paid off. I’ll be a weak chadlite without hair (if rhino goes as planned) and a strong chadlite with hair.

Laterally. I had passable forward projection although nothing striking tier. But almost a straight line from my temple to my jaw.

The funniest thing about mse is that I’ve gotten the most dramatic results out of anyone I’ve seen online. But I believe it’s also because I combined mse WITH buccal fat removal (a surgery I forgot in the above reply) and that’s really why I have really good cheekbone projection and hollowness now. I had it so good that I was willing to keep my messed up post mse teeth bc I was paranoid of loosing the 24/7 hollowness. But Invisalign didn’t ruin the effect but reduced mid facial puffiness that I had from having super wide arches. This trifecta completely transformed my face (mse for 2 years, buccal fat, and Invisalign)

Mse widened the alar base but not the whole nose.

I coupled hydroquinone with tretinoin so I can’t attribute any skin changes as far as actual quality to it. But the whitening was apparent. But beware hydroquinone only whitens the skin without changing the undertones. So having a brown undertone or hue to your skin and having pale skin would look weird in certain lights. But it’s only a illusion and lighting matter. In real life your skin will look whiter to people.
