I train hard bro I promise you I’m not an idiot I’m actually educated about lifting I got an injury and couldn’t train for a while and lost a ton of weight
Its not about being educated its about determination you can put 30 -40 lbs of pure muscles given that you re anorexic right now if you dedicate the next 4 months to that 600mg/week

Why 600 I was thinking start 250 mg bump up to 500 maybe idrk much about steroids but I know I ton about lifting

Show me your training program then, besides it's not just that you are educated in strength and hypertrophy training, it's the fact that being so young you screw up all your androgen receptors even with a post cycle, at most I would use secretagogues.

Idk i only knlw about test and its no magic even though if everything is alright you progress like crazy

Test is all you need for good physique. But tren has much strong anabolic effects. Theres even been a study and it was hypothessized that the increase in muscle on tren was because protein synthesis and nitrogen retention but, the gains would be limited and far from the potential achieved with training, because muscle growth relies heavily on the stimulus of exercise.

What the hell do you mean by hypothessized, that is literally how trenbolone works since the day it was formulated, and no, you can have a good physique without steroids, with proper training, supplementation and rest.

My split is the Mike mensor split I do very high intensity low volume and I take 2-3 rest days after each workout because I train so hard I get fatigued and I have low test so that also makes it harder to train more often but I do see a ton of strength gains doing this I did this for legs for 1 year.
My diet is really good I eat atleast 6 eggs a day chicken and steak and peanut butter for fat and calories
I sleep good to

brudda at 5’8 125 don’t hop on test , train naturally for at least a year first to get a decent base otherwise ur proportions will look stupid asf
