i think you should take an ai idk about hgh since ur 17 so it can be a waste of money but how about AI + mk 677 25mg at night
ai for around 2 years if your plates have fused and u take this during puberty long term u can increase dick size, never have ur growth plates fuse ever and keep growing through life youĺl prob get to like 6´3-6´7 as long as ur not blasting hgh then i'll be prob tall ash

also i recommend you do a lot of HIIT training like sprints of 45 secs or maybe even sprints to failure then resting 30 seconds and keep going really any type of hiit

also try not to eat after taking all of those just try to go to sleep like right after since melatonin+mk great amazing sleep.
try to sleep at the same time everyday

everyday at 10 PM and go to sleep asap

my diet:
My moms food we have animals in the back and get a lot of our food out of there so i thought it would be pretty healthy anyways
i wasn't really cautious about this because i didn't know how much diet affected height but i did try to eat 6 meals a day and drink protein shakes cause i wanted to build muscle(aslo my mom is big in vitamins so she buys hella supps so i have no vitamin deficiencies )
Make sure u drink a gallon of water a day as well

5´10.5 - 5´11 rn

Hit puberty around 11.5-12 yrs old
was around 4´10 from 7 grade(12 yrs old)
to the end of it i ended up being 5´1
i'm still 12 though so before my birthday i hit 5´7 before 13
then at 13 i grew 1 inch in 8th grade
covid hit found out about this through my brother only had like 1k usd so i tried it out through when i went to fresh men year
all lock down covid had lots of time to do what ever i wanted never learned mewing ((
but i grew the 2.5 inches then i ran out didn't use the full 1k either
also i wanted to go from 5´8 to 6´5 but i only did it for 5 months so yea

also big crazy part is i'm the tallest in my family
everybody except my brother with a different dad is under 5´6

My dad is 5´2
My brothers dad is 5´8
