Feels bad to be fat but its hard when your family feeds you all the time

Excuses excuses. I literally fast all the time for longevity reasons despite everyone in my family still eating. Just buy some semi-glutide and stop the cope.

I don't, I do it because i'm on a bunch of jew chemicals which are bad for my health, my fasting days are for recovery.

You realize calling me fat doesnt affect me? You should explain why ozempic doesnt burn muscle like in numerous studies instead of calling me fat while you need drugs to lose yours
 
Semi- glutide is ozempic and it burns your muscles more than your fat
All ozempic does is slow down digestion and reduce appetite. You will loose just as much muscle if you do it without ozempic.

I've always been low bmi with or without the chemicals. You're too fucking lazy to read the studies yourself. Instead you listen to people who fear monger and lie. You are simply a fool and should be grateful for my advice. When you loose weight, you loose muscle naturally. Ozempic doesn't effect how your body eats itself, that's got to do with genetics and epigenetics.

U need to get on a weightlifting routine (focusing on compound exercises) and increase ur step count. Small daily changes will make u burn fat and gain muscle. If ur fat af u dont even need to be eating excess to gain. Also u cn track ur step count with ur iphone easy now. Walking after meals is how I got down to 7 percent bf or so before.
