You can try and work on both of them. First, you are already in the right place to work on your looks. Second, there would certainly be jobs you could do depending on what your illness exactly is but you seem to be comprehensible enough in the forum. Try and pick a trade - become an apprentice and secure yourself a stable somewhat well paid job + being a handyman would make you more attractive to women
