Im 23 and my hairline is quiet badly receeded what to do?

I feel like having longer on top makes it look weird? Also my hair seems thin is there a way to thicken it? I genetically have thick hair but lost it.
is there a nutritional issue? Also what hair style should i do? Its just receeded at the front mainly

Okay so supposing he's NW2, he should go to a hairSTYLIST (not a barber) and ask for recommendation

Hop on fin and oral minoxidil starting at 2,5mg oral minox and 1mg fin a day. Fin stops further miniaturization, oral minox thickens up the hairs and gives regrowth. I SAID ORAL MINOX, NOT TOPICAL

Because it's too much hassle and needs sulfotransferase to work and many people don't respond to topical fin because sulfotransferase levels are low. With oral min, this is a non-issue

I used in the past, the following things. which all works.
* finastride low dose 0.25 mg
- dermaroller
* topicall minoxidill
* peppermint oil (diluted 10% orso)

Why did you quote me? Anecdotally I've tried the ordinary hair growth serum and it doesn't work.

not 100% quote. different dose for finastride. minox topicall I only know. Peppermint oil; was not in your post.

Thanks for your experience on ordinary hair growth serum. i just started trying it out 1 week ago. It seems cope. Because I don't see any proven ingredients in there. but still I try.

No, I still don't understand why you quoted me.

The standard RECOMMENDED by physicians dose for finasteride is 1mg/day. Topical minoxidil needs SULFOTRANSFERASE to work and MANY MEN DON'T HAVE SULFOTRANSFERASE so it doesn't work for them. This is NOT an issue with ORAL minoxidil, it works for everyone altho it CAN be dangerous for some with pre-existing heart problems.

No jfl no one should ever take oral minoxidil unless prescribed by a doctor for a heart condition.

He should definitely try topical first, it has minimal side effects compared to oral minox.
If it doesn't work, then switch to oral, but you can only find out after 6+ months of use.

Count the amount of hairs you are shedding then add this products one by one and keep adding if your hair isn't fixed:
Keto shampoo.
Topical minoxidil+dermarolling.
Topical Finasteride, RU, etc.

You can use peppermint oil, castor oil, saw palmetto and every natural remedy/multivitamin out there too.

I know 1mg = standard recomended.

I read alot of studies on finastride. With difference dose.
AFTER 0.2 mg; the land of dimishing returns happen. about 75% of hair benifits/gains happens already on 0.2mg. The last 0.8mg only produce 25% axtra gains.
THAT's why I low dose on 0.25 gr. I dunno for sure, but i guestimate it may minimize side effects risks somewhat.

genetic balding starts after puberty (usually in your 20s or 30s but sometimes right after puberty jfl)

My mum got perfect hair also the brother from my mum is 55 and got full thick hair
But my father has severly lost all of hes hair and hes 48

try topical minox first, you may be a good responder. If not try dermapen + apply minox after 24hrs, usually turns non-responders into responders
