I’m 5’6 at 16 am I cooked?

Turned 16 not too long ago but i eat well and i workout. Except i’ve had a horrible sleep schedule for a while which im trying to fix soon but idk if i lost some height potential cs of that. I’ve grown like only an inch since last year so im still growing but I’ve only gotten taller slightly honestly since my first and only growth spurt which was when i was like 12 to 13 or something and i grew to like 5’3 or 4 so it hasn’t been that much of a difference.

if youve grown 2 inches in 3 years yes its over and you wont even make it past 5'8 at this rate,bones are probs fused

Get xray scan and see if your growth plates are still open. Also check what tanner scale you're at.

I grew 2-3inch in 3 years and 0inch in 1.5years

No idea but that was honestly just an estimate i’m probably wrong

Pretty sure growth plates are still open and as of the tanner scale maybe like IV but i’m definitely nowhere close to being done with puberty yet

I mean at what age did your kid voice you always ahd go away

11,5 is really early

If it was 13 then you might have a chance to grow

14-15 would mean at least 1 inch of growth and maybe 2-3 if your lucky

Ngl it was probably at 13 but i do know my voice started to change and i started getting voice cracks at around 11.5

I had voice recordings of myself when i was 12 and i still sounded like a kid

Ill lyk if i fake an injury
