just take cjc and ipa or igf 1 if ur not seeing consistent growth at ur age, when i was ur age i was already 6’0 i’m now 6’2 at 18 for reference so probably not that much growth left unless ur a late bloomer

fair enough you won’t have reached your end height until around 23 i think (usually early 20s some people end growth earlier). remember it’s mainly your genes.
