I weigh about 76kg the main issue with my face is a narrow palate which also make my lips look narrow and a big nose and my face is assymetric, my eye area isn't that bad but my under eyes could be better is it over for me? And what could I do about these problems?

"look shit up" nigga both apply lateral force, one applies a smaller gradual force while thumb pulling is a larger force - not so gradual. Read the papers on how bone reacts to both types of pressure.
