I dream about love during sleep paralysis too, but when I wake up I become my former empty shell of a self as a protective mechanism. At least it's nice to know that I was a good person deep down, I guess.

DMT is secreted during deep sleepy, which is what produces dreams, so maybe that's why I get so in touch with my true self.
