Serious, i fell for low carb diet, raw meat, raw eggs, raw milk just cook those plus we literally evolved to cooking those foods😂 I still eat raw egg yolk cause its yummy or i just boil it with runny yolk

eat some fruits with minimal antinutrients, also raw milk has lactose which is a carb

Agree, 🥷ers on tiktok keeps promoting raw meat/eggs/liver but now I won't fall for it.

Just eat the meats, eggs etc cooked.

However, raw liver is the exception and you can eat it raw and is better than cooked.

I ate raw liver before, lowkey tastes better than cooked but still prefer cooked anyways and its hard to chew than cooked

meat and dairy based. yes. dont eat shit plant toxins. raw diet is mainly cope & wont do shit other than give you parasites and a "better gut". nothing will change. just eat meat and dairy and brush yo teeth & ur good. people expect eating raw will change their entire craniofacial structure and they will wake up next day as chad.

I drink electrolyte water when doing fasts. very similar
fasts deteriorate your bone and hinder igf-1 signaling. you are basically offing yourself. we are never meant to purposefully starve like boneless chickens

I agree, doesn't even need to be dairy. It should only be raw dairy if you do, but many people cant even digest it properly. Imo just stick with meat, eggs, butter etc. add dairy if you can tolerate it. I also believe in occasional fasting is beneficial for metabolic health and digestion.

3 day fasts are benefciail and dont do anything negative to your bones

Also nukes your mTOR which is potentially good for longevity (though fasting has negatives for longevity in some ways), but mTOR is required to build muscle properly, so it may hinder building new muscle / slow progress. Also less fuel just inherently means that it is harder for muscle to grow.

high test = more estradiol. your t levels should not reside over 1000 ng/dl everyday. it is just turning into more estrogen the higher you go. LH and GH is good, but you are missing out on igf-1 which is the hormone that hgh turns into in order to repair & get more bone density. testosterone itself is an anabolic and is not that effective when it comes to forming bones.
 
as long as not abused, they are good to implement. nothing more than once a month
hgh from fasting rather than just squatting or sprinting will not turn into igf-1 since it is hindering mtor signaling. testosterone is also lowered severely when fasting. so i dont recommend doing so often.

once a month is fine. just be careful

I am not claiming that fasting will improve your test, but it wont have any negative impact at all if not abused. I'm not telling people to fast for bone growth and development or anything like that. I believe its good to do occasionally for metabolic health and fat loss (you drop about 1kg fast in 72 hour water fast). Fasting won't have a negative impact on your bone structure and will not decrease your bone density during a 72 hr fast (not to mention that bone density has 0 effect on facial aesthetics at all).

Up to a certain age, your not gonna grow forever. And I do not think that sprinting etc will have any effect on your development for the most part.

And even if there was loss of bone density, you'll look the same. (a box full of sand, which is dense, looks the same as an empty box, not dense)

you can grow forever with igf-1. its called acromegaly. but realistically, you have a fair point.

I also don't think this is necessarily true. There are too many factors at play. Maybe linked, but one doesn't necessarily equal the other. The body isn't as simple really as more igf1 = more test.

Obviously there is the meme diet going about right now of just shovelling sugar down your gullet which is said to increase igf1. this doesn't correspond to high test levels. People doing this probably have less test since it's just ultra processed bs and they are probably lacking animal fats and a tone of other nutrients etc

What's your diet now
fruits, rice, potatoes, meats and eggs, i avoid dairy as much as i can cause it causes me to break out (even raw milk)

for me personally it has a lot more flavor and soft texture.
