cheap disposable razors will give you a perfect close shave but if you wanna be anal about it you can get a safety razor

i have to shave everyday its aids as fuck, ive tried everything and genuinely nothing compares to a cheap ass disposable gilette, the best in terms of getting a close shave and ease of use

gillette fusion5, any 5 blade gillette works pretty good for anything tbh

the less blades the better or youre gonna give yourself razor bumps and redness
