Got a watch band or bracelet, but its just a bracelet and doesn't have a watch on it. Anyway, I had to literally unscrew the MAX amount of pieces on the watch just for it to STILL be a little loose on my wrist; it literally falls down an inch and a half from where it should sit. I rewatched a video of me my friend took, and I hated how I looked in it, even though you literally could not see my face.

I had a hood on and was on the floor, but I just looked at it and realized it was my fucking wrists. I look retarded. i had a coat and a hoodie on so i looked pretty big and then you see my comically small wrists poaking out my cloat sleeve and i think i have maybe slightly below average hand size im not sure tho.

Im 18 now, so idk what i can do but farmer curls, and I do not barbell bench because it fucks my shoudler. Getting bigger wrists is now on the agenda

Wrist size is only a problem, if the rest of your body is mal-developed as well.

And no wirst size is not a reliable indicator of frame size in individual cases.
