my orthodentist recommended me MARPE + BAMP to project my maxila, but idk if it will fix 100%, i hope atleast my nose get more straight, but can someone can tell if it will made my side profile acceptable?

just measure SNA/nasolabial angles and h-line, compare to ideas and check results of what they've planned online accordingly
