Not the hair that’s a looksmin you idiot.
It’s the bloat you get from it since the hyperpolarization induces an increase in sodium retention through increased aldosterone biosynthesis in order to reduce intracellular potassium.

What other methods rosemary or castor? No way they effective as minox

Rosemary is fucking BS. Castor oil taken orally works due to increasing PGE2 which is responsible for hair growth. Not cope dose of 1mL but 5-10mL. It works as good as minox. I tried both a year apart.

Nice Prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) is a looksmin as well since it can lead to iris color changes and periocular fat loss. But I doubt castor oil is strong enough anyway to lead to any major changes. It's not even comparable to Minoxidil. There is way less research on it and some shows no effects at all.
Also claiming Minoxidil will indefinitely lead to bloating is stupid as well. It's not even among the most common side effects listed. Even if it would lead to bloating it l has a plasma elimination half-life of 3–4 hours, meaning it is largely cleared from the bloodstream within a day or so.

I don’t use minox or castor oil currently, i don’t need them.

Based on my anecdotal experience from being on it for 2 years it will bloat you the whole time you’re on it. It is indefinite until u stop. So muh 3-4 hours bla bla makes no difference.

Oral castor led to results just as comparable from first hand experience, so your suspicions and doubts go out the window.

My eyes are still blue and not a molecule changed in them. And my fat pads haven’t changed either.

Real life experience >>> Any science or suspicions

You sound like those people that says creatine doesn’t bloat you because it’s muh intercellular water.

Whatever works for you I've been using Minoxidil for over 2 years no and did not experienced any bloating or similar. Tried castor and I it didn't do shit for me. I'm not saying castor oil is not worth a try but it just has less research on it and some conflicting reports. And Science >>> anecdotal evidence.
Also comparing creatine to Minoxidil Is just dumb

But why someone would go straight to minox without even trying something as simple as castor oil doesn’t make sense. Just start blasting bp medication theory. You will most likely notice a change if you stopped minox in how defined you look, i didn’t notice it till is stopped but the difference is drastic tbh. Even this user recently tested out on vs off minox after using diuretics do counter the bloat thinking it works.

Those effects can be minimized with diuretics. A simple google search show u doctors literally prescribe ORAL minoxidil with a diuretic and a beta-adrenergic blocking drug. Its used to lower blood pressure after all.

Never understood why ppl took topical minox orally (every package tells u NOT to ingest it orally)

So stop fear mongering and just use topical minoxidil.

I agree the diuretics won’t do much for oral minoxidil. But have you tried topical minoxidil as well? Or are you only sharing your insights on oral minoxidil?

Again, I’m stating here, using topical minoxidil for cosmetic use, say eyebrows. On a small dosage. Shouldn’t cause much bloating. I coped with castor oil for too long and was met with 0 growth.

6 months of minoxidil changed my life, lots of users experienced the same thing and didn’t notice any significant sides.

Trust me, I’ve went on and off topical minoxidil and there was no visible difference.
I never tried oral minoxidil. Just small doses of topical minoxidil.

Because Minoxidil is more researched and proven to be more efficient and reliable. It's just makes more sense to use it than castor oil.

I did stop once but didn't really see a difference. Also if the bloating would be so prevalent. It would be a much more common side effect listed in research papers and more discussed even in normie forums like r/tressless . It just doesn't seem to be that bad for most people since then the scientific consensus would show it. Just because some incels in .org ramble about it. I'm not saying Minoxidil induced bloating can't happen at all. I just think your overestimating the effects of it.

Again anecdotal < empirical why would i believe some random guy on .org over a research paper?

Minoxidil is just cheaper and easier accessible than a HT if one responds good to it

That’s not the point i’m trying to make. My point is you should not just take everything you read from studies and take it as gospel. Try yourself and see what you notice. If you stoped and noticed no difference, then great. Anecdotally it doesn’t bloat you. But if everyone tells me it doesn’t bloat and I stop and I notice a reduction why would i continue is my point .

Your own personal anecdotal experience >

It’s vastly talked about in reddit groups for hair loss like the one you mentioned, i spoke to many users there about their experience and many noticed bloating that resolved after stopping. It would be even more talked about but the hair growth is there and for some the hair growth outweighs the negatives of the bloat so they deal with it
