I'm currently 1.88m tall and weigh 145kg, so yes, I'm not kidding when I say I'm VERY fat. But I simply have no idea how to lose this weight, I obviously need to start leanmaxxing, but I'm new to looksmaxxing and I definitely have no idea how to start, can anyone help me?

I ate just carnivore for 4 months dropped from 210 pounds to 170 im currently, 155

Do you only eat meat? at every meal?
yeah just steak can be cooked or not cooked but if you want get in some salmon raw prefered for nutrtion or sashimi no carbs for 3 months straight and see how much weight you lose

This is shit advice dude. This guy is over 300 pounds. He will not be able to commit to a cardio routine.

My friend, you need to just stop eating as much. You weigh so much that you can afford to eat 2,500 calories per day and be 15% body fat by next Christmas. I know that sounds like a long time, but for anyone it usually takes approximately 1 year to make a "complete" transformation/achieve a desired physique.

you will probably achieve easily if you continue on this diet for the next 3 months or so prob drop down by like 30 pounds or so.

This is good advice. But he can commit to a cardio routine too. It doesn't need to be something extreme right away, if that's what you thought it was. You start slow to get used to it

Regarding how long it will take, I don't care that much, I just want to change my body and feel good about it again.

Tho you should do 1 meal a day with it just slowly go frm like lets say you eat 4 meals a day to 3 meals to 2 meals to 1 meal in the span of like 2 weeks

tbh i think you could stop at 2 meals and just do a little more cardio like just walk a lot
 
1 meal would make it too hard and not very enjoyable for you so it would be hard to stick to it i think 2 good quality meals could be perfect

I'm eating 2 meals a day with only meat and I'm jumping rope as cardio
 
yeah that sounds great wouldnt change it tbh 2 meals only meat cant be over 2000 kcal just be patient if you actually do this i think the results will be very fast but also do some walking or jug bc i doubt you can jump for long

Exactly, for now I can only spend about 5-10 minutes straight jumping
 
thats nice man just imagine how good youll be in like half a year youll maybe learn all the cool tricks like with one leg and all the stuff

but i would still do the walking just get in the sun its great for you even the its winter just 30min-1hod of chill walking would make your day so much nicer and make a difference
