So anyways, I triggered a lot of people w my previous post lmao, even tho I provided spreadsheets, the worst photo of myself w hella camera distortion and shit lighting while being bloated and no appeal or hair, wtvvv anyways, still improving but rate me, n provide proof before doing so, and no greys

(still somewhat shit lighting but way less camera distortion n u can actually see my structure)

Preciate that still doing sum work w coloring finishing my accutane n than we’ll get to the deeper stuff, n I might be experimenting

Oh most definitely I had shit eyebrows and lashes before doing so, and taking biotin n learning how to intermediate fast n spiking ur gh while keeping insulin in check is the key too 🙏

Nah it won’t genuinely bro if u do it properly, I js recommend first off fasting from 12 pm to 3 pm, (or skip breakfast) and than have an assortment of good protein a healthy fat n some carbs, and than just time ur meals every 3 hours and only have ur main source of carbs after the gym and a lil before to fill ur glycogen in ur liver. Insulin prevents a lot of stuff n u wanna have that under control.

Yeah if you get a tan with mt2 if you cant naturally and generally get better colouring and skin u will easily reach htn bro
