I've always been like this
Weighed myself for the first time in months, and my BMI is like 18.7, healthy range being 18.5-24.9. Tbh I think that's inflated though. There's no way most of our ancestors weren't underweight, even tho they were manlets

The most I've ever weighed myself at was about 4kg heavier than rn

I will aim to put on a couple of kg

I think it's the opposite of inflated. I have a 21.5-22.0 BMI which is supposedly perfect but I'm a stick with no fat. It's dependant on the person.

Nah, it's inflated to account for the fact everyone is a fat fuck now

Without shops and easy access to food, there's no way everyone was getting 2000+ calories a day

Don't tell me you actually think ancient mushroom pickers and medieval peasants were actually eating anywhere near as much as modern humans??

1L of milk, 100 g of butter, 200g cheese and some grains. That was enough to fed a man in medieval peasant times. +2.5k calories.

Yeah, maybe divide that by 10

>Average calorie values of 2,400 calories for an adult modern human male41; 4,070 calories for an adult Neanderthal male58; and 3,788.5 calories for a Pleistocene adult Anatomically Modern Human male58 were used to represent the amount of daily energy expenditure.

African modern hunter gatherers getting up to 20k calories a day just from honey:
Yeah, maybe divide that by 10
I get that you are 4'2 and sit down in your computer most of the day, but an average robustly sized man with some activity burns +3k daily calories. That amount of dairy and grains doesn't seem to be very big to me unless there was a famine.

Made up numbers
Just think about it realistically
Especially when you factor in they were manlets
And why were they manlets? Partly less food

yep bmi is a joke, i have a bmi of 21.7 and im a twig, if i look like this while being in the middle of the bmi healthy range then at least half of the “normal range” is fucked and unhealthy
