Shoulder bones that help with how broad you look as a male. the avg is 16 inches but the higher the measurement the better because you'd need to put less muscle on your shoulders to look broad

yeah it happens plenty of times, you can check out bloodsteal on youtube, he was 23 and grew 3cm over an inch in 3 months on raw milk
