I’ve heard some people can gain up to THREE INCHES through fixing fucked posture and stretching through inversion therapy.

So no gains at all?
If your posture or back is fucked up it might help you recover what you have lost, but under normal circumstances you could gain 0.5-1cm at most I'd guess

Your body is designed to pump blood from your legs to your brain not the other way around. If you stay upside down for a couple hours you might fucking die, it's definitely NOT healthy, we are not bats

Inversion therapy is FDA approved for treating scoliosis. It straightened me right out, literally. Gained an inch.

Yeh I’ve been doing it now. Feels good for my back and immediately getting off it my fucked posture is better, but it fades. Hopefully with time it will stay better permanently.

I have been using, slowly fixing subhuman posture, gained about an inch of height so far through both improving my spine curvature and stretching the spine.

Well, its not so much from stretching my discs that has made it, more so fixing my posture. So it's permanent, really.
It also may have made my cawk bigger because of fixing ATP but I cannot be entirely sure of that 100%

By looking in a mirror tbh you will know. Most people in the 21st century West have shit tier posture. You most likely do.
Not much to it, just hang upside down from it for 2-3 minutes in morning and night, more if you feel like it. I mostly just hang upside down and browse looksmax.me and then thats it really.

I have one in my house I think it's cope tbh. It's literally the same feeling as just hanging upside down. If you wanted to go cheap dude just go outside, climb a tree with a low hanging branch, and hang upside down by your legs from the branch. Its legit exactly the same. All it does is put you upside down.

He meant you can say whether you have shit posture by looking in a mirror, not that you have grown an inch or so.
