HGH would be more useful than AI alone, but as i said, it seems like your plates are closing anyways, AI wont seem to do much anymore, even if it somehow delays proliferation u wont be able to grow taller since Chrondrocytes have a capped amount of times they can multiply.
So its not even worth it to get ai?

You do realize that growth plates aren’t the only way to grow. Neck and heels are also ways that you can grow.

It’s difficult but you can do stretching but thats low k cope. A lot of late bloomers grow like that for their final push of height. But for heel ig surgery if you dont want LL. And neck i dont really know
