I'm considerably taller when I wake up

There's a bookcase in my room and I can't see the top of the tallest shelf usually today I just woke up and for some reason I can see it.

In the morning im 6’3 but at night I’m 5’4 hence why I claim such different heights yet people say I’m a “Larper”
