ITB is a tendon that begins at your hips and ends at your knees the pain area is mostly the knee,this was also caused by me overtraining and growthspurt.This lead to tearing my itb
I had it at my both legs and i also had a injury like this on my inner knee at the same time(both legs aswell) but the dumb so called “sportphysio” couldnt diagnose exactly what it was
