Im even able to make Money now, but i dont even Rush it, i know tomorrow i will be smarter and it will be even easier

AS i Said, i dont Care about Money, Money is a too small Goal For me, ITS Not enough, im only interested in Takeover now, and how i Takeover? By increasing IQ, the crazy Thing is often i dont even need to do anything, my IQ improves without doing anything, but sometimes i even feel Like pushing iq a bit. I never Overpush, never overwhelm, because there are diminishing Returns, opportunity costs and If U Focus on x u Miss Out on y

Today i bought nootropics: Creatine, Omega 3's, Ginkgo biloba, Vitamins and Minerals, and amino acids to Further Push my IQ, i Drink a lot of water additionally and i walk 30 minutes every day For IQ push (See neurobiological effects of physical exercise on Wikipedia


I sleep a lot too, since During sleep is, how Ur truly getting smarter

On a Side Note (probably Not relevant For you):

Right now im Experimenting with the Supplement doses to avoid hypervitaminosis and to find optimal Dose , i know drinking Lot of water helps against If u have taken too many Supplements (hypervitaminosis)

Happens to the best of us... Though my Goal IS to try minimizing pain and suffering, might be Impossible to fully escape Bad feels in a biological body due to a possible hedonic treadmill etc... Know the worse u feel now the better u will feel later

Drugs Like kratom can Help, correct thinking in a certain Situation , drinking water, eating tasty good, correct dosage of Vitamins and Minerals( gotta Experiment) and possibly build a Routine, sleep, 30 min Walking, good music...

I was thinking about inducing anesthesia to Just sleep away the Bad feels etc but thats Like insanely advanced, im Not on that Level yet
