Brother the reason why you spend so many hours here is beacuse you don't have anything else to do.

If you would have friends you would be busy being with them, or doing some other social activities, and you would have barely any time to post on here.

But you don't. If you would has a life you probably wouldn't even join to the site in first place (or wouldn't become an active poster at least)

Even if you would delete you would just cut another dopamine source of yours wich would cause you to rot somewhere else (TikTok, Discord etc...) or shortly after you would just make another account on here
