lots of anxiety, buzz in the head, feeling tired but being unable to sleep, feeling like you are non-stop on edge, body feels weird: going from hot+sweaty to cold within minutes. unable to focus or think

went through this a bit with amphetamine withdrawals, dont know what u were taking tho. im like 2 months clean atm

i dont have any withdrawals since im still using alcohol as much as I ever do and not really on many other drugs tbh.
i do mephedrone/2cb/mdma all like once-twice a week, no real benders anymore like sometime in the past, it's not addiction levels.

I think it's my CPTSD really surfacing ngl.
