Im 17 currently 6'0 and 340+ lbs does anyone got serious rec's for cutting down quickly and how to stay in a good calorie deficit im willing to do almost anything (not cosmetic surgery) as ive been obese my whole life ive tried a decent amount of things but never got much results and couldnt stick to my plans well. (ik most of that comes from discipline but with a better plan im thinking i would stay on track better)

you know that ep of southpark with the wow nigga thats legit me
if you’re not lying then you have to focus on not eating like shit. cut out junk food try to consume less fats, focus on unprocessed natural foods. also go for a walk everyday. you don’t have to sprint or whatever normal walks will help you

If touvhave gotten to 340lbs you probably have provlem with binging or you have a hunger level way over your maintenance calories or toure wating horrible food, id its one of the first 2 get a glp-1 agonist like retatrutide or mounjaro or it will be extremely hard and even if you make progress you will probably end up binging again after a while which will make it take a berh long time and be tough mentally, if its the last and youve just been eating junk food just switch it out to very nutrient dense food like chicken breast and alaays add a fuck ton of salad which each meal to get more full. Another good tip drink hot things like coffe or tea and to drink things ib caffeine or drink zero cal soda
 
And most people on here ate miserable and are just going to hate on tou to feel better about themself bucase they feel like its over for them so try not to take it to heart

340 pounds at 17? this mf been stuffing his face full of food since day one
